Key Responsibilities

•Identify and drive improvement initiatives across the organization to reduce cycle times, costs, and improve quality.
•Review and approve baseline reports/improvement plans and ensure effectiveness of process improvements.
•Establish, implement, and maintain Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14000, 18001, 31001) aligned with organizational road map.
•Analyze training needs on process frameworks and develop programs to meet business objectives.
•Mentor and train team members, interact with People Leaders, and deliver client-focused presentations and process documentation.

Key Requirements

•BE/B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil or allied disciplines; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage
•Total of 15-18 years of experience
•Minimum 5 years of experience at managerial level
•More than 5 years of experience in driving quality initiatives (e.g., ISO, lean/six sigma)
•Strong data analytics, training, and leadership capabilities; proficient in project management (PMP) and related standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001/31001)
