Job Summary

Provide technical oversight, stabilization leadership, reusable delivery assets, and mentor teammates within complex, multi-geography environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and architecture of enterprise endpoint solutions across Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365, AVD, and MDM platforms.
•Define solution blueprints for complex endpoint transformation engagements and provide technical oversight and escalation support across the delivery lifecycle.
•Own presales motion: lead solution shaping, client discovery workshops, develop estimates, and create proposals and demonstrations.
•Integrate endpoint solutions with Power Platform and automation tooling to streamline device lifecycle processes and build automation for provisioning, compliance, and monitoring.
•Mentor and coach team members, contribute reusable assets/standards/accelerators, and support community of practice and talent development.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise deploying and managing enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 365, and AVD.
•Strong knowledge of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and hybrid endpoint management architectures.
•Proficiency in Entra ID (RBAC) and Conditional Access, with experience applying Microsoft Purview compliance frameworks.
•Experience with security and compliance configuration across enterprise endpoint environments, plus familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tools and Endpoint Analytics.
•5+ years leading enterprise endpoint management in complex, multi-geography environments, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and retirement.
