Key Responsibilities

•Serve as day-to-day HR contact for Colombia staff and payroll provider on HR operational matters.
•Provide first-line HR support on performance, conduct, absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters in alignment with local law and global policies.
•Maintain strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and ensure compliance across HR practices and payroll processes.
•Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and approvals, to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
•Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, generate people metrics, and ensure data protection compliance.
