Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project teams to deliver high-value strategy engagements for insurers, reinsurers, and investors.
  • •Manage multiple workstreams and oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes, on-time execution, and client satisfaction.
  • •Structure complex client problems and guide teams in generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • •Lead market research and financial analysis to address strategic challenges.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, and contribute to practice development and business development activities including proposal development and client pitches.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related advisory environments.
  • •Experience leading consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including structuring and solving complex, unstructured business challenges.
  • •Experience managing client relationships and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • •Advanced experience using large datasets to build quantitative analyses and produce client-ready outputs in Excel and PowerPoint.
