Job Summary

Lead and manage the Program Estimating Unit within the CAHSRA program, guiding estimating activities from planning conceptual level to final design and construction cost estimates. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, develop Estimate Development Plans and Basis of Estimate reports, review contractor estimates/claims, and establish cost-estimating policies and procedures.

•Manage the cost estimating group in the development of all capital cost estimates for CAHSRA from planning conceptual level to final design and construction cost estimates.
•Facilitate the development of information used to develop cost estimates with all internal and external stakeholders.
•Support the development of the bi-annual Programmatic Business Plan capital cost estimates, Program Baselines and Project Update Reports.
•Develop Estimate Development Plans and Basis of Estimate reports as required
•Develop policies and procedures for programmatic cost estimating.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 318,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
