Universal Banker - South Park

Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a high-quality service experience. Educate customers on digital, self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-trained to assist with sales and service processes, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures to ensure compliance.
