Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver highly scalable, innovative features for private-cloud management and operations.
  • •Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile team, including requirements, architecture/design, coding, unit testing, and debugging.
  • •Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code with tests and provide design specifications/documents.
  • •Research and evaluate new technologies for building and delivering new features.
  • •Participate in architectural design and code reviews, guide and mentor other engineers, and improve engineering processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science (or related) with 8+ years experience, or MS in Computer Science (or related) with 6+ years related experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and spec-driven development methodologies.
  • •Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications, including foundational LLM/SLM multi-agent architectures.
  • •Expertise in context engineering with RAG and MCP architectures, plus agent execution loop design and safety guardrails (authZ, tool integration, reliability/observability).
  • •Strong backend skills with Java/Spring/Hibernate and solid experience with message queueing, event streaming, caching, and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL; OpenSearch/PostgreSQL/ClickHouse preferred).
