Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PMO function for private cloud services and transformation programs, including governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, milestone tracking, risk management, escalation, and delivery assurance.
  • •Coordinate across customer stakeholders, NTT DATA delivery teams, private cloud platform teams, infrastructure/application owners, security, procurement, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, transformation roadmaps, dependency logs, action/decision logs, and executive status materials.
  • •Facilitate governance routines (working sessions, daily/weekly reviews, risk/issue forums, stakeholder briefings, steering committee preparation).
  • •Partner with architects and engineering teams to track platform readiness, migration planning, dependency resolution, cutover planning, operational transition, and post-transition stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading complex technology programs, private cloud services/infrastructure transformation, managed services transitions, workload migrations, or large-scale IT delivery initiatives.
  • •7+ years in PMO leadership, program management, or portfolio management within multi-vendor and matrixed delivery environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, MIS, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •PMP certification required; PgMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, and cloud/infrastructure certifications preferred.
  • •Strong ability to produce executive-level reporting and governance documentation (RAID logs, integrated plans, steering committee materials).
