Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable implementations while customizing and configuring applications using best practices. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, conduct code reviews and performance tuning, and stay current with ServiceNow releases. Support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency with JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
