Sr Specialist GBS Acct & Sales Ops (German Speaker) (Porto, 13, PT)

Support adidas sales and market strategy by providing end-to-end account operations support for assigned customers. You’ll communicate with customers via email, tickets, and phone, manage order books and deliveries, handle returns and complaints, monitor credit-blocked orders, and coordinate credit and customer master data changes. You also record processes in the CRM for KPI tracking, work with internal teams (sales, finance, order fulfillment), and support logistics escalations and transport requests.
