Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from multiple makes and models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation (work orders) and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Practice safe job practices; assist with training lower-level technicians as needed, and travel to customer job sites when required.
