Consulting Engineers on Cisco’s CX team drive value and adoption by transforming customer networks. Key Responsibilities

•Engages with customers to create value and deliver outcomes, adoption, and renewals, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience across the lifecycle
•Provides Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions, leveraging technical expertise, AI and automation to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
•Serves as a focal point for proactive problem resolution, providing timely support across Cisco technologies
•Develops and delivers technical content and guidance that supports customer engagements, drives solution adoption, and enables customer self-sufficiency
•Creates customer-facing documentation, ensuring deliverables are technically sound and aligned with CX standards

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or similar
•2 to 4 years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting
•Experience with routing protocols ISIS, OSPF, and especially BGP; knowledge of Multicast, QoS, and MPLS technologies (MPLS L3VPN, MPLS L2VPN, EVPN)
•Experience working on Internet Service Provider infrastructure
•Experience with service provider platforms like ASR9k, NCS5k, NCS500, NCS6k and CRS
•CCNP is must; CCIE desired (Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
