Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive initiatives to grow revenue and consumer engagement in the Loyalty Offers space.
  • •Own product requirements, delivery to markets, and ongoing support for feature areas including reporting and analytics, new offer constructs, and propensity-model-driven decisioning.
  • •Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to improve propensity models and how offers are matched or assigned to users.
  • •Use research, consumer studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to identify product gaps, and design tests and experiments for acquisition and activation funnels.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience owning end-to-end product roadmap strategy and lifecycle from idea and requirements through sizing, delivery, and maintenance.
  • •Comfort using product lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Aha!, or New Relic.
  • •Experience writing business requirements, product requirements, or user stories, and supporting development with clear documentation.
  • •Serve as a product manager with reporting analytics, A/B testing, and AI/ML or test methodologies.
