Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, operate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment to support stable production.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Respond to equipment alarms and abnormalities with first-line troubleshooting and tool recovery.
  • •Analyze equipment data and history to conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
