•Be the strategist and technical advisor to architects and technology leaders of Akamai's premium customers.
•Partner with Sales and pre-sales to make recommendations that expand adoption of Akamai's products and services.
•Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements.
•Serve as the central point of contact for the customer and lead the account team to deliver customer success.
•Respond to escalations when program management issues arise and implement operational improvements to mitigate future risks.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry and ability to build trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
•Demonstrated understanding of internet network technologies, application and web security, web performance or media-related technologies.
•Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
•Experience in Program or Project management within a cross-functional and technical team.
•Ability to advocate for customers and deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
