Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure OTC Derivative Trade Reporting submissions to global regulators are complete, accurate, and timely.
  • •Evaluate daily submissions, monitor trade reporting exceptions and reconciliations, and manage linking and matching activities.
  • •Perform manual uploads to trade repositories when needed and identify trade reporting defects and operational inefficiencies.
  • •Work with Global Regulatory Middle Office to identify, escalate, and potentially remediate reporting defects.
  • •Generate periodic and ad-hoc regulatory reporting management information metrics and deliver regional governance packs.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in banking, finance, risk management, or business.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of main trade reporting and the end-to-end trade lifecycle of typical OTC Derivative products.
  • •3+ years of experience in a risk/control environment within an investment bank or financial institution.
  • •A rigorous approach to controls with strong analytical and investigative skills to minimize operational risk.
  • •Technical understanding of systems that deliver regulatory reports, including Trade Repository limitations and behaviours.
