Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the campus team and central Spiritual Formation staff to implement the church’s Spiritual Formation strategy.
  • •Create a visible presence on campus during program times and build relationships with the congregation and especially visitors.
  • •Recruit, lead, develop, and manage volunteers, including leaders and coaches, across ministry areas.
  • •Oversee hospitality and guest services and manage first-time guest follow-up through Planning Center workflows.
  • •Support the campus pastor with pastoral care referrals as needed and help run environments and strategic events (e.g., Discover Menlo and Menlo Next).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience actively working in ministry (staff or volunteer), ideally in a multi-site context.
  • •Ability to recruit, develop, and multiply high-capacity volunteers and help oversee leaders/coaches.
  • •Strong communication skills, including speaking effectively in front of small and large groups and strong written communication.
  • •Ability to manage details and multiple projects at the same time with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, and Planning Center Online (PCO).
