Job Summary

Architect On’s People Analytics platform by owning the data engineering backbone—pipelines, data modeling, orchestration, and a governed semantic/metric layer used across HR dashboards. Partner with data scientists to advance statistical and predictive modeling using regression, clustering, and causal inference. Deliver HR lifecycle dashboards and AI/agentic, LLM-assisted workflows, while serving as a technical SME for HR and business leaders and ensuring data governance integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the data engineering backbone of the People Analytics Platform, including pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration on governed, reliable data.
•Build and maintain the semantic/metric layer as the single source of truth so definitions stay consistent across dashboards and reports.
•Support the build-out of an AI/agentic layer, including embedding LLM-assisted workflows into HR day-to-day analysis and reporting.
•Partner with data scientists to strengthen statistical and predictive modeling using regression, clustering, and causal inference.
•Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and analyses across the employee lifecycle and key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, talent acquisition, engagement, attrition).

Key Requirements

•7+ years in People Analytics or a related data science field with deep understanding of HR data and metrics.
•Strong data engineering skills building and maintaining pipelines, data models, and a governed semantic layer (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, One Model, BigQuery).
•Strong technical skills in R, Python, SQL, and Excel, plus a modern BI tool such as Looker or Power BI.
•Hands-on statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering) and ideally causal inference beyond correlation.
•Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is a strong plus.
