Job Summary

Define, propose, and grow customer-focused services solutions across Asia Pacific and Japan by partnering with sales and solutioning teams. Build value-based solution proposals, gather and document scope requirements, and shape major work streams, deliverables, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

•Articulate go-to-market service solutions and credential delivery capabilities using success stories to meet customer needs.
•Gather, document, and understand customer scope requirements and value-based outcome expectations with Services Account/Client Executives.
•Collaborate with other Solutions Principals, Delivery Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to develop proposals aligned to customer scope and outcomes.
•Define scoping objectives, major work streams, activities, deliverables, and timelines to achieve customer outcomes.
•Develop Statements of Work, support sales during customer scope/legal negotiations, and drive transition of awarded SOWs to Dell delivery teams.

Key Requirements

•BA or BS in Computer Science or related field, with services presales and delivery experience on consulting and system integration projects.
•At least 15 years of advisory-level experience providing counsel across sales/presales and delivery.
•Expert understanding of IT/digital transformation, including multi-cloud infrastructure, data center modernization/migration, business resiliency, cyber security, and cyber recovery.
•Expert understanding of application transformation, including portfolio optimization, modern application development processes, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, big data, and IoT analytics.
•Knowledge of cloud technologies and emerging AI/data management solutions (e.g., GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, data analytics, data science).
