Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement operation processes for EM & Indirect categories, including PTP and PO-to-payment execution.
  • •Work with the SAP IT team to transition business processes and requirements to SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Communicate progress of owned pending and active procurement projects throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Run contract, price, and PO management in Ariba and SAP, including contract allocation and coverage reporting.
  • •Own vendor master data management, invoice resolution, supplier performance/quality reporting, and procurement system support.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement operations covering PTP and PO-to-payment execution for EM & Indirect categories.
  • •Partner with SAP IT to translate business process requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • •Execute contract, price, and PO management using Ariba and SAP systems.
  • •Handle vendor master data management, invoice resolution, and procurement-related reporting (e.g., supplier performance, supplier quality audits).
  • •Provide system support including issue resolution and audit support for procurement operations.
