Job Summary

Support the Electronics Account Management team to drive seller success across the e-commerce journey. You’ll help acquire and incubate online merchants, manage sellers’ accounts, and assist with onboarding by educating sellers, troubleshooting issues, and updating campaign status. You’ll also communicate with sellers to ensure needs are understood and addressed, while contributing to day-to-day operational tasks in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

•Assist with the acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.

•Support sellers during onboarding by educating them, troubleshooting problems, and updating campaign status.
•Perform other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

•Self-motivated to deliver tasks to best results within desirable timelines.
