Key Responsibilities

•Operate magnetic testing equipment (BH loop tracers, fluxmeters, gaussmeters) and measure magnetic properties including Br, Hc, Hci, and (BH)max.
•Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following standard procedures.
•Record and report measurement data, identify out-of-spec results, and support basic data tracking and SPC efforts.
•Maintain test equipment with routine calibration checks, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting; ensure proper handling and storage of samples.
•Support in-process and final inspections, assist with validation testing and sample preparation, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while following safety procedures and 5S.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or technical certification, with an associate degree preferred.
•1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, lab, or test environment.
•Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
•Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
