Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, administer, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and related project documentation.
  • •Monitor contractual compliance and advise teams on contractual obligations, rights, risks, and entitlements.
  • •Maintain contract registers, records, correspondence, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage variation orders, change management, and contractual claims, including preparing and negotiating Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and supporting dispute resolution.
  • •Collaborate with project and commercial teams on payment certifications, valuations, invoicing, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcome management; support contract negotiation and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, Law, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, quantity surveying, or construction project delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts such as PAM, FIDIC, PWD, NEC, or other recognized forms.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing variations/change orders, EOT claims, payment certifications, contract negotiations, and contractual claims/dispute resolution.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), with added advantage for commercial management systems, ERP platforms, or project controls software.
