Key Responsibilities

•Manage project teams responsible for a variety of development tasks for transportation and urban development projects requiring independent judgment.
•Coordinate with the full range of relevant disciplines and related experts, including roadway, transit, structures, building systems/MEP, environmental, geotechnical, traffic, electrical, storm drainage, utilities, right of way, building architects, public realm/landscape designers, and other disciplines.
•Prepare project reports, plans, specifications, and estimate bid packages.
•Ensure that production of reports and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
•Interact with clients, and lead technical meetings.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 250,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Government, Legal or related field from an accredited program.
•Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the management, planning, design and construction phases of infrastructure or development projects.
•Commercial, contractual and negotiation skills. Strong command of general development principles, including right-of-way acquisition, entitlements, zoning, financing, public outreach, and infrastructure design and construction.
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
•Ability to travel over 50% and within client offices.
