Senior Analyst-HR Operations

Support the Business Unit through HR data analysis and reporting, turning HR employee relations and workforce insights into actionable requirements for HR management and governance. Deliver BU and organizational-level HR reports and maintain HR Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate, timely visibility. Perform quality control by reviewing HR data for compliance with KPIs, policies, SOPs, and SLAs, while monitoring case lifecycles and SLA adherence for employee enquiries.
