•Build and maintain client relationships: grow network of client relationships; become a trusted advisor
•Ensure effective client management: manage ongoing client relationships and collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and PR teams
•Expand strategic planning involvement: influence planning and strategy with Practice Leader and Research Directors to develop customer-based views for new products and advisory services

•Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex ideas
•Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior industry executives
