•Championing DP World’s services by engaging with clients through dynamic presentations, both in-person and digital, focusing on retention and long-term partnerships.
•Building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored logistics solutions.
•Achieving and exceeding sales goals by exploring new opportunities, growing existing client accounts, and driving profitability in a team environment.
•Contributing to the team’s success through structured reporting and recording key client interactions in Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/International Trade/Logistics or equivalent.
•Minimum 3 years of successful experience as Business Development Manager/Field Sales Specialist within the freight forwarding industry with focus on Air & Sea Freight.
•Operational experience combined with a strategic, long-term approach to business, enabling the ability to foresee issues and plan a few steps ahead.
•In-depth understanding of the Air & Sea Freight market, related transport regulations, challenges, and opportunities.
•Full professional working proficiency in English and Romanian.
