Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution for key products with R&D, Customer Support, and Sales.
  • •Manage escalations from the field and understand customer new feature requirements and issues.
  • •Track projects end-to-end until a solution is delivered.
  • •Collaborate closely with sales and support engineers to move cases forward.
  • •Assess case severity and business impact while responding with urgency and sound judgment.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development, or QA.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience handling complex customer escalations in collaboration with sales and support engineers.
  • •Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, and Antispam.
  • •Ability to respond urgently to field requests and make good judgments on case severity and business impact.
