  • •Lead fabrication team personnel and production activities, planning and coordinating schedules to meet customer requirements for quality and timeliness.
  • •Direct team work and communications with other shift leaders to ensure smooth shift-to-shift handoffs.
  • •Manage fabrication operations: scheduling, task assignments, safety protocols, and compliance with fabrication procedures and quality requirements.
  • •Train and support team members on procedures, safety protocols, and ongoing performance expectations.
  • •Monitor production metrics and inventory transactions/balances, identify excess/obsolete materials for timely disposal, and drive continuous improvement/root-cause actions for issues.
