Job Summary

Lead the startup onboarding and trial experience for Notion, owning the regional customer journey from activation to retention. Build scalable onboarding programs, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Partnerships, and implement data-driven improvements to activation, engagement, and ARR across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the startup customer journey during onboarding and trial experiences, driving activation, engagement, conversion and retention.
•Build and manage scalable onboarding and lifecycle programs for startup customers across the region.
•Create startup-focused educational, onboarding and engagement experiences that help customers realize value quickly.
•Identify friction points and continually improve the startup customer journey.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Partnerships to execute startup initiatives, campaigns and ecosystem programs, and track program performance to improve conversion and ARR.

Key Requirements

•Experience in program management, customer experience, customer success, growth, operations or startup-focused roles.
•Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-moving environments.
•Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven mindset to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
•Comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success teams.
•Ability to design scalable onboarding and lifecycle programs that drive activation, engagement and retention.
