Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall digital growth and transformation strategy for Al Ghurair Development, aligned with corporate objectives, sales priorities, and long-term expansion.
•Build and scale a digital ecosystem spanning websites, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and lead lifecycle management to drive acquisition and improve conversion.
•Identify and implement innovative digital opportunities, technologies, and growth initiatives to support scalable business growth.
•Drive data-led decision-making to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
•Own annual digital marketing, media, CRM, and technology investment strategies, ensuring resource allocation and financial accountability across digital investments and partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
•10–12 years of experience leading digital marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and delivering digital outcomes.
•Experience managing customer acquisition, conversion, and lead lifecycle efforts across digital touchpoints.
•Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
