Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize contracting mechanisms with business stakeholders to manage risks and protect business interests.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, including client/vendor contracts, Master Services Agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • •Deliver proactive legal advice to the Regional Country Board and Regional Management team on key legal matters.
  • •Monitor and advise on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure services remain compliant.
  • •Provide support for corporate transactions (including M&A) and oversee litigation, arbitration, and disputes with external counsel where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Solicitor / Attorney with a current practising certificate (or jurisdictional equivalent).
  • •Fluency in both German and English.
  • •8-10 years of post-qualification experience in-house legal roles within global organisations.
  • •Extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance (construction law experience is a plus).
  • •Advanced negotiation skills and strong legal research capabilities to track legislative changes.
