Job Summary

Drive corporate solutions growth across Commercial payments in China/Hong Kong as part of the Corporate Solutions team. Own direct-to-corporate business development with large MNCs and issuers, consult on procurement workflows, and articulate Mastercard value across card and invoice/payment solutions. Build C-level networks, develop go-to-market strategies, co-create deals with financial institution partners, and deliver pitches, proposals, and RFP responses while tracking pipeline using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive direct-to-corporate growth in China/Hong Kong by working with MNC and large organizations with significant procurement activity.
•Consult with existing issuers and market stakeholders to identify and develop new scalable commercial payments opportunities.
•Support issuers through the Corporate Solutions sales journey by clearly articulating Mastercard product and services value.
•Build multi-level relationships within issuer commercial card payments and transaction banking divisions to accelerate growth.
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, co-create and win deals with financial institution partners, respond to RFPs, and build/track a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in commercial payments, including T&E and AP/Procure-to-Pay and AR/Order-to-Cash cycle knowledge for large corporates.
•Demonstrated experience in sales, product, and customer management within Commercial Card and Transaction Banking.
•In-depth experience executing and managing business development strategies for large or complex clients and industry verticals.
•Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently with a proven track record of success.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex global organizations and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.
