Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications supporting plant operations, manufacturing processes, and business functions.
  • •Troubleshoot production software issues by diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions to reduce operational disruption.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • •Maintain and enhance existing software by adding features, improving performance, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent coursework/experience); submit transcripts if not CS.
  • •0 to 3 years of relevant software development experience via internships, co-op, projects, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Knowledge of object-oriented programming and experience with Java, C#, C++, or similar languages.
  • •Demonstrate strong problem-solving and a passion for software development.
  • •Excellent work ethic and troubleshooting skills.
