Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive latest architecture designs to market as part of product engineering.
  • •Design FT (final test) processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency for latest GPUs.
  • •Identify and resolve yield bottlenecks by analyzing and driving test failures and wafer/package failures on ATE.
  • •Propose DOEs and solve complex characterization problems.
  • •Cross-functionally lead root-cause efforts with design, foundry, DFT, test, planning, and quality to closure.

Key Requirements
