Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance technicians across Borouge plants to ensure safe, timely execution aligned with HSE and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment, supervise installation/repair/maintenance, and monitor work quality and progress. Conduct inspections and approve functional tests, manage contractors, and handle spare parts procurement and SAP work management records. Collaborate with operations and project teams, support root-cause failure reporting, and ensure PM plans and equipment documentation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coordinate, troubleshoot, lead, and administrate mechanical maintenance technicians to deliver safe, timely work aligned with safety and quality standards.
•Conduct equipment troubleshooting and decide on corrective actions to minimize downtime.
•Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance jobs across all plants; monitor execution, quality, and progress for timely completion.
•Ensure HSE compliance through inspections, toolbox talks, PPE adherence, safety audits, area walk-downs, and task risk assessments.
•Manage maintenance execution and records: approve functional/run tests, review spare parts procurement and delivered parts, complete SAP feedback and time/work order confirmations, and support failure reports/root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
•6–9 years of relevant experience in installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of production facility equipment in oil/gas or petrochemical industries.
•Supervisory or team leader experience leading teams in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
•Experience with large-scale industrial equipment (e.g., compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, rotating machinery) and Rotating & Static Equipment in oil & gas.
•Hands-on SAP maintenance work management and documentation/reporting for abnormal conditions, plus knowledge of operation and maintenance manuals/engineering drawings.
