Job Summary

Serve as a trusted counter-sales advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers in Durham. Proactively engage customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand needs, recommend products, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Use catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to find parts and provide accurate information, process transactions, manage special orders, and support inventory and safety requirements.
