Werkstudent/ Praktikum Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing (all genders)

Support the Talent Marketing team to bring Philips’ employer story to life and attract top talent in Germany. Help implement employer branding and local recruiting-marketing campaigns, localize global content, and create and publish assets for social media, the careers site, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and internal channels. Develop storytelling around employee stories, update the careers page, analyze recruiting trends, and support video editing and image work (e.g., Adobe Express).
