Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while driving individual and store sales goals. Serve as a brand ambassador by building client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while completing daily operational tasks like cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
