Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute timely development, analysis, and completion of proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • •Ensure proposals meet compliance, quality, schedule, and affordability targets for Raytheon and the customer.
  • •Develop compliant proposal plans, outlines, cost volume documents, and content structures aligned to RFP requirements.
  • •Coordinate inputs and manage proposal schedules, milestones, deliverables, and formal review cycles; escalate critical path items.
  • •Support pre-RFP and SOW redline activities, facilitate proposal walk-throughs, and provide status updates via trackers, briefings, and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years).

  • •Prior experience with DoD acquisition processes, including FMS and DCS.
  • •Experience working with and/or leading cross-functional teams.
