  • •Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and development of the sites
  • •Create, prioritize, and follow up work orders in the CMMS system
  • •Ensure spare parts, tools, and resources are available before tasks are executed
  • •Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans and optimize maintenance backlog and processes
  • •Coordinate with external service providers/contractors and report on maintenance KPIs

Key Requirements

  • •Experience from a production or maintenance organization and motivation to create structure in a complex everyday environment
  • •Technical education (e.g., engineer, machinist manager, technician or similar)
  • •Experience with maintenance planning or coordination in a production company
  • •Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and solid understanding of IT
