Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and platform teams to design and ship scalable Python-based services and APIs
  • •Own the technical direction of internal platforms and backend systems, including data warehouses and real-time data tooling
  • •Contribute to architecture decisions for distributed systems and event-driven pipelines
  • •Integrate AI-enabled workflows and LLm-based features, interfacing with AI APIs and automation tooling
  • •Mentor peers and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve engineering practices and product outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent in backend systems
  • •Strong proficiency with Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

  • •Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • •Ability to operate in undefined problem spaces, drive ownership, and deliver impactful platforms/tools
