Job Summary

Drive digital transformation across Operations by increasing eBilling adoption in Egypt and enabling global insurance product changes. Own eBilling adoption as a KPI by working with medical providers and internal teams to remove barriers, track performance, and recommend improvements. Act as the operations partner for insurance product teams, ensuring go-live readiness, training, communications, and post-launch adoption outcomes worldwide while supporting AI and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive eBilling adoption in Egypt, developing strategies to increase electronic claims submissions and removing adoption barriers.
•Monitor performance, track results, and escalate risks with clear improvement recommendations.
•Support the transition of eBilling ownership to the Pulse team as capabilities mature.
•Partner with Product and Policy Management teams to ensure operational readiness for insurance product and policy management changes, including go-live preparation.
•Translate product releases into adoption plans (training, communications, process updates) and drive continuous improvement through monitoring and value realization reviews.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, business change, digital enablement, or a similar role in an international environment.
•3+ years of experience in health insurance, medical claims, or financial services.
•Understanding of insurance products and policy management, configuration, or administration.
•Experience driving adoption of digital tools, processes, or platforms, ideally in claims or eBilling environments.
•Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken), with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
