PMC Manager OR&A (Operations Readiness)

Lead operational readiness and transition-to-operations across the full project lifecycle for an ADNOC oil & gas project. Plan and execute OR strategies, define readiness criteria, and track milestones aligned to the project schedule. Coordinate commissioning, start-up, handover, procedures/documentation, training, maintenance readiness, and systems/asset readiness while interfacing with EPC contractors, operations, HSE, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
