Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary oversight for the integration of planning functions that enhance materials management, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.
•Customer Focus: Drive demand planning strategies to exceed customer expectations through strong product availability.
•Technology Utilization: Lead deployment of advanced planning tools (Kinaxis/IBP) to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce volatility in supplier interactions.
•Finished Goods and Raw Material Management: Oversee inventory management to minimize excess and obsolescence and ensure seamless flow of materials.
•Communication and Change Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive meaningful change throughout the organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
•12+ years of progressive experience in SIOP / IBP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within complex, global businesses.
•5+ years of experience leading senior-level and/or global planning teams with demonstrated business impact.
•Direct, hands-on experience with Kinaxis / IBP or other Advanced Planning Tool in a planning leadership or transformation role.
•Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with all cross functional levels in a global, matrixed organization.
