Senior Product Manager (Video Recommendation and Safety) - TikTok Safety Product (San Jose)

Lead the TikTok Safety Product team to define and drive the safety roadmap for content moderation and risk control. Own recommendation and moderation strategy to deliver a safer user experience, using data analysis and large language models, machine learning, and NLP to detect risky content such as violence, pornography, and fraud. Partner cross-functionally with policy and issue experts to establish workflows, prioritize efforts, and measure success metrics that improve quality and trust at scale.
