Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders within Public Sector clients.
  • •Design scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions by translating requirements into well-architected architectures.
  • •Identify and mitigate solution and business design risks, and lead architecture alignment across multiple architects.
  • •Oversee project vision and review key deliverables, coordinating with project/engagement managers.
  • •Support Pre-Sales proposal development, including target/transition architectures, security and compliance considerations, integration strategies, data migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in consulting and architecture roles with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformations in the Public Sector domain.
  • •Full UK Security Clearance (SC) required, or ability to attain it to be eligible for the role.
  • •Proficiency in Salesforce architecture areas, particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Cloud.
  • •Strong knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, OmniStudio, and Agentforce for automation and integration.
  • •Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are mandatory.
