Key Responsibilities

  • •Support active candidate sourcing and pipeline building for niche scientific and technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, academic networks, publications, conferences, and talent communities
  • •Assist with application review and pre-screening, including participating in initial candidate conversations
  • •Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, scientists, and engineers to shape job profiles and targeted sourcing strategies
  • •Coordinate multi-stage interviews and support candidate communication throughout the hiring journey
  • •Maintain recruiting data in Greenhouse (pipeline hygiene, status updates, and recruiting KPI preparation) and support employer branding and talent outreach

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Psychology, HR, STEM or related)
  • •Affinity for science, engineering or deep tech (strong plus)
  • •Interest in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally with first exposure via internship or working student experience
  • •Comfort digging into complex technical and scientific job profiles and assessing candidate fit
  • •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication; German is a plus
