  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.

Key Requirements

  • •Spanish speaking preferred.
  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.

  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information, and maintain working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
