Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC mill (horizontal and vertical spindle), CNC lathe, wire EDM, manual mill/lathe, waterjet, and other machine shop equipment.
  • •Machine metallic test specimens and fixtures for mechanical testing and support fixture machining/repair.
  • •Perform product inspection and rework as required.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings with understanding of drawing symbols, flag notes, and general notes.
  • •Assist in maintenance and repair of production machinery.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience running CNC vertical milling centers, CNC turning centers or wire EDM.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including drawing symbols, flag notes, and general notes.
  • •Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • •Ability to lift at least 30 lbs unassisted (no more than 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks required in the machine shop environment.
